Our daughter Jessica has attended Little Ninjas
since barely turning 3 and during this time has put
into practise the physical and mental skills taught
on a regular basis. Once a shy individual, Jessica
has not only excelled in confidence but also learned
how to respect and how to assert self-discipline.
Long may it continue!

Mrs Wendy Brown, Mother
to Little Ninja
Little Ninjas has helped my daughter
develop many skills. In addition to the physical benefits
such as agility, balance and coordination, it has
also had a really positive impact on her sense of
fair-play and respect for others. I'd be happy to
recommend Little Ninjas to parents and children alike.

Mrs Rachel McCorry, Mother
to Little Ninja
Tae Kwon Do is a brilliant way for children to channel
their energy, build their self-esteem and learn respect
and self defence in a caring and controlled environment.
Mrs Foote takes great interest in each student, helping
them to achieve their full potential. My son has never
looked back since joining her classes in 2003 and
has learnt to be proud of his achievements.

For my 40th birthday I was bought six introductory
lessons, after only the second I decided to join.
Since then I have noticed that I am more alert, I
can kick higher and best of all Im feeling fitter
than I have ever done. There is a great camaraderie
at TKD and a training ethos where each student provides
support to their fellow students whatever their grade.
Give TKD a try, you will not regret it!

Warren Pass, TAGB Adult Student
I decided to take up TKD because I wished to have
the confidence to be able to deal with any situation
life throws at me and my family. I believe I can achieve
this goal through learning and practicing this enjoyable
martial art. With the help of my Instructor I have
improved my confidence, health and fitness.

Allan Webster, TAGB Adult
Student
I started TKD in 2002 initially as my two children
were also interested, plus the fact that I was brought
up on a diet of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan films. I
thought I would find it very difficult (I was 42 at
the time and quite unfit), however, there is a steady
progression. The benefits from my training have been
many and include weight loss and major increases in
both flexibility and fitness. I look forward to gaining
my Black Belt in the near future.
