Since he joined Ninja Tots, age 3, Alex has looked forward to every single lesson.  He loves the 'games' and has no idea that he is learning valuable skills such as balance, control and discipline.  I now play the stop/go game with both my boys and it is fantastic for giving them freedom whilst keeping control as I know that they will react instantly to my commands. For a boisterous 4 year old boy, I find that Ninja Tots is an excellent outlet for his energy.
